we work closely with local farmers and artisans, allowing our menu to ebb and flow with Michigan’s seasons. we identify the best ingredients michigan has to offer and use them as inspiration for our constantly evolving menu. we're a steadfast SCRATCH kitchen and source all ingredients ethically. Our approach to imbibing is taken with equal care as we feature handmade syrups and infused spirits for our craft cocktails, natural wines, local beers, and over 130 premium whiskey options.
